Here is more information about having your engine bay detailed. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! Engine Bay cleaning must be paired with another service.
An engine bay is usually overlooked and is only looked at if something needs to be fixed or looked at. But when you do have to open your hood, would you rather see an engine with dirt, leaves, and bugs or would you see a clean engine? When you need to check for any leaks, a clean engine bay makes it easier to find a leak and it always looks better to have it looking clean.
We have cleaned over 100 engines and we have never had a problem with an engine not starting or a. check engine light turning on. If you are not careful with cleaning an engine bay, things could go wrong. Using high pressure and spraying closely to parts and electrical things, then that's when things go wrong. We take proper steps to make sure nothing happens to the engine. We spray enough water to be able to rinse off the cleaner and dirt.
We currently do not offer this as a single service. It must be paired with our full detail service.
Here is a brief description:
Yes. Anything with a clear coat can be polished. We have 1" to 3" polishers that can fit in tight areas. We also will do things by hand in harder to reach areas.
This usually takes less than an hour
Yes we dress all rubber and plastic components of the engine.
It depends on the vehicle and how you take care of it. Some cars are tightly sealed and do not allow a lot of water and debris to get so it stays clean for a longer time. There are cars with big grilles and are not sealed tightly which allows water and debris to build up much faster.
